Hi, I’m Krystina! 👋🏻

I’m a geoscientist, a trainer and consultant for the oil + gas industry as well as an empowerment coach.

I love helping women who feel stuck in life figure out how to break free of the situations they can't see a way out of so that they can take better care of their families and THEMSELVES.

Nowadays, I have my dream job (two of them, actually!), I’m taking postgraduate engineering courses online and I'm also giving my daughter a stable life, with many adventures together both in the US and abroad...

But alas, it wasn’t always like this...

In October 2006, I found myself at a crossroads...

I Was at a Crossroads...

I was depressed, in an abusive marriage, and only making $10 an hour.

This was not the life I wanted for my daughter or for myself.

My life needed to change drastically.

So drastic changes are what I made...

I enrolled in college, got a second job, separated from my husband, earned my bachelor’s degree, and embarked on a career where I've become the leader in my field (despite not believing I was even capable of succeeding in it!)

Words Can't Describe How Hard it Was...

But I'm not gonna lie...

It was hard.

So hard that words can never describe what I’ve had to do to make this happen.

But in the end, I did it.

I cut out toxic relationships, sacrificed, starved, lost sleep, and felt completely and utterly alone.

I’ve learned things about myself (the good, the bad and the ugly).

But I’ve also realized that the past is the past and the present is dynamic.

The future is the only thing that we CAN have some control over.

We can’t change what people have done to us or what health problems we’ve acquired or inherited.

However, we CAN choose how to respond to them, and how to make better choices to create a better future.

The journey to leveling up your life is not easy, but it’s worth it. So, let’s continue the journey together – you and me.

About Krystina Amos

Krystina is an oil and gas professional specializing in well control training. She is also a personal empowerment coach who works with people who are ready to overcome limiting beliefs, exit their current undesired circumstances, and start living life on their own terms.

Krystina’s own journey to self-empowerment began when she left an abusive relationship and became a single mother—while a full time student in college.

Since then, she’s gotten both her dream jobs, established a name for herself in the well control industry, and is now a full time consultant with full control over her work, pay, and her schedule. She enjoys travelling both domestically and abroad with her family, learning languages and dancing.
